Lesson Fees and Payment Policy upon Registration
1. Full payment to be made prior to start of term. Slot is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
2. Student would be deemed withdrawn if fees are not paid by the first week of the new term.
3. There is strictly no pro-rating and refund of lesson fees regardless of reasons given.
Replacement Lesson Policy (Group Class)
1. It is the responsibility of the student and/or parent(s)/guardian(s) to inform the coach if the student is to be absent from class.
2. As classes are group-based, coach will not conduct a separate make-up class for any individual student regardless of the reason of absence.
3. Coach is not obligated to arrange replacement lessons for students who fail to turn up for scheduled lessons. Replacement classes are strictly on goodwill and best-effort basis, subjected to availability and suitability of class slots.
4. Only existing students may attend replacement lessons.
5. Wet weather land programme (sheltered) will be conducted in case of inclement weather (refer to programme details). Lesson will not be replaced.
6. All lessons chargeable regardless of attendance. For absence with advance notice (> 2 weeks), lesson will either be replaced or not chargeable.
Disclaimer
All costs incurred as a result of any damage, injury, loss, expense or liability that may be caused to
public and/or private property by the student will be paid by the parents/guardians.
Terms and Conditions, policies and amount of fees may be varied by notice in writing to the parents/guardians.
